The complex has a heated outdoor swimming pool maintained at comfortable temperatures year-round, plus a separate children's pool. A jacuzzi and a solarium with sun loungers and umbrellas are available for all guests. On-site facilities include a tennis court (rackets supplied, €10 per hour) and bicycle rental services for exploring the area.
Bungalows & Rooms
Each air-conditioned bungalow offers a living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette with a hob and microwave, and a private furnished terrace with table and chairs. Two-bedroom bungalows have two bathrooms and two separate bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with either a double or a sofa bed. Select bungalows include a private hot tub on the terrace, a barbecue, and sea views for a supplement.
Location & Neighbourhood
The complex sits in Los Colorados, a quiet area a few minutes' walk from Lanzarote's Papagayo beaches and the coastal path. A supermarket (HiperDino Express) and several bars and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk across the road. The marina Rubicón with its shops, restaurants, and Wednesday/Saturday market is a 20-minute walk or a short ride on the number 30 bus (€1.40 per person).
Pet-Friendly & Family
Pets are allowed in designated bungalows with a garden area, and the complex provides pet bowls. Families with children benefit from a shallow children's pool, a playground-like quiet garden, and the option of a Bali bed or sun loungers without crowding. The complex has no entertainment or mini-disco, which keeps the pool area very quiet even during peak season.
Services & Extras
Daily cleaning service is provided 5 days a week, with towel changes on request. Reception is open 9:00 to 15:00, and after hours guests can reach staff via WhatsApp for check-in codes or recommendations. Breakfast and half-board services are available at the nearby Aptos La Bocayna (a short walk), and airport shuttle transfers can be arranged.
